Integrative gonad biology

Integrative Biology of Gonads

Welcome to the website of the Integrative Biology of Gonads team!

The BINGO team is part of the joint research unit Reproductive and Behavioural Physiology. The objective of the team is to understand the biological mechanisms regulating gonadal function in mammals: gametogenesis and production of gametes suitable for fertilization and development, in relation to energy metabolism.
Our research is integrated in 4 transversal challenges of the Animal Physiology and Farming Systems Department:

1 -"Early orientation of phenotypes, animal/environment coadaptation".
2 -"Models and tools" to "pilot the processes in breeding".
3 -"Efficiency, robustness and resilience of farming systems".
4 -"Perception of animal research and modes of animal production".
